The following pictures contain the sketched storyboards i used to plan out each shot for my music video. Due to my poor drawing skills the figures are very rough by the type of camera angle for each shot is how i want to record each section of my music video. I will try to follow what i have planned when filming however if i decide to make any changes they will be noted.
EDIT: Now that filming has been completed i can confirm that my storyboard was not followed entirley. Even though the majority of scenes were filmed as planned using the desired camera angles/positioning i decided to a more drawn out section of the artist singing before the fade at the end. Earlier in the video there are lots of short cuts showing different perspectives of the artist singing so i thought a longer sequence was needed as a closing piece of footage before a fade to black. I also decided to add an effect for every piece of footage that was set in the past and featured the girlfriend. This was to emphasis the difference between present and past and so that the audience can distinguish that the artist is no longer with her and those segments took place a while ago.
